Welcome to Year 2 We are all really excited for the year ahead. In Year 2 we will explore these fantastic themes which we are sure will engage you throughout the year - Where Does Food Come From?, Toy Story, Superheroes, Real Superheroes, Travel and Transport and The Titanic. In Year 2 our PE days are Monday and Wednesday. Mrs Stokes-Haynes' favourite author is J. R. R. Tolkien, Mr Stackhouse's is David Walliams, Mrs Knight's and Miss Brookes' is Stephenie Meyer and we all love reading! Mrs Stokes-Haynes' favourite subject is art, Mr Stackhouse's is History, Miss Brookes' is English but we all enjoy all the lessons we do in Year 2! Our favourite quote in Year 2 is ‘Be silly, be honest, be kind’ by Ralph Waldo Emerson. |
